Ingredients:
Four (4) tablets provide: Magnesium (as amino acid chelate) 400mg. Tableted with these natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, cellulose gum, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin.
Dosage: As a food supplement for adults, four (4) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
