Each vegetable capsule provides: Iron (as bisglycinate) 20mg. Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate. Vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
Dosage: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) Vegicap daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
