Lamberts Vitamin C contains bioflavonoids.
Bioflavonoids occur alongside Vitamin C and it has been shown that this vitamin is better absorbed when bioflavonoids are present than on its own.
Ingredients:
Each tablet contains Vitamin C 1000mg, Rose Hip 100mg, Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex 50mg.
Ingredients: Vitamin C, Microcrystalline cellulose, citrus bioflavonoid complex, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, rose hip powder, tablet coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerin), stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
Dosage: Take 1 to 3 tablets with a meal.
