Description:
Bio Health's Extra Calcium is a new improved formulation containing a compound of bone strengthening nutrients which work to ensure full utilisation of the Calcium with the assistance of Vitamin D.
Ingredients:
Three capsules will provide typically: Vitamin D 5µg, Calcium 800mg, Magnesium 300mg, Zinc 15mg.
Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Oxide, Vegetable hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), Zinc Oxide, Vitamin D.
Dosage: Three capsules daily swallowed with water or capsule contents can be sprinkled on food if required.
Three capsules daily will provide 100% RDA of Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc and Vitamin D. Calcium is necessary to maintain healthy bones and teeth. For best absorbtion of ingredients they should be taken with or after food for optimum bone nutrition.
