Creatine is found naturally in muscle cells. It is essential for energy production and important for endurance sports and for those training for power and strength. Optima Certified Creatine is laboratory tested guaranteeing its quality and purity.
Ingredients:
Certified 100% Creatine Monohydrate Powder.
Dosage:
Loading Regime (5 days) 5gms (1 heaped teaspoon), 4 times a day. If over 220lbs body weight 5gms, 5-6 times a day. Maintenance Regime Up to 5gms, once a day. If over 220lbs body weight, up to 5gms twice a day. If a regular maintenance regime is maintained, reloading is unnecessary. Creatine should be taken with plenty of fluid (water, non-citrus fruit juices) between meals.
