Two (2) tablets provide: Vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid)500mg Pantothenic acid (as calcium pantothenate)100mg Niacin (Vitamin B3 as niacinamide)100mg Inositol100mg Choline (bitartrate)41mg Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)15mg Thiamin (Vitamin B1, as thiamin mononitrate)10mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)10mg Natural Source Powdered Herbal Base13mg (alfalfa [whole plant], acerola extract [fruit], parsley [aerials], kelp, rose hips [fruit] and watercress [aerials]) Vitamin B12 (cobalamin prep.)25ug Biotin (as prep.)25ug olic acid (as prep)100ug Tableted with these natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid, cellulose gum, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, titanium dioxide, vegetable glycerin.
Dosage:
