Folic acid works along with vitamin B-12 and vitamin C to help the body digest and utilise proteins and to synthesize new proteins when they are needed. It is necessary for the production of red blood cells and for the synthesis of DNA. Folic acid also helps with tissue growth and cell function.

Folacin (folic acid prep) 400ug.Tableted with these natural ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, cellulose gum.
Dosage: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
