Vitamin B-l 2 (Cobalamin) is the only vitamin containing cobalt, a trace mineral. It is essential for the normal functioning of all body cells, especially those of bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract, and nervous system, and is necessary for the formation of red blood cells.
Ingredients:
One (1) nugget provides: Vitamin B12. (as cobalamin prep.)1000ug. Tableted with these natural ingredients: mannitol, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, natural cherry flavour.
Dosage: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) nugget daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner. May be placed between the cheek and gum or under the tongue and allowed to dissolve. Nugget may also be chewed or swallowed whole.
