Ten Wu Tea is the best Oolong tea in the world. TEn Wu Tea grows in Wusheh in the Hohuan Mountains of Taiwan at an elevation of 1300 metres. Oolong, also spelled as Wu-Long, is a semi-fermented tea which is known for its rich taste and pleasant lasting aftertaste.
Ten Wu Oolong Tea is a semi oxidised tea-half way between black tea (fully oxidised) and green tea (unoxidised). Scientific studies have shown that Oolong tea is high in health promoting polyphenols that may protect us against degenerative diseases and obesity. The polyphenols in Oolong Tea may be effective in controlling obesity through acitivating the enzyme that is responsible for dissolving triglycerides and excess fat in the body. The continuous intake of Oolong tea may contribute to enhancing fat metabolism and controlling obesity.
Ingredients:
Dosage: For hot tea pour boiling water over the tea bag and brew for 2 to 4 minutes or to desired strength. Remove the tea bag and serve. Each tea bag is good for up to two cups of tea.
