Description:
Lepicol VegiCaps contain psyllium husk powder, fructo-oligosaccharides (prebiotics) and lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidum bacteria (probiotics) in order to help maintain healthy bowels.
Dosage: Adults: Initially take eight to ten capsules twice daily 20-25 minutes before meals with 2 glasses of water. After 2 weeks it should be possible to halve the above dosages.
Children/Young Adults: The capsules can be opened and the contents mixed with water or juice and consumed immediately, if preferred. Take 4-5 capsules twice daily before a meal with 1 full glass of water or fruit juice. After 2 weeks it should be possible to halve the above dosages. Parents should seek the guidance of a practitioner before giving Lepicol to children under 11 years.
Liquid Intake: Aim for a minimum of 1 glass of water (250ml) for every 5 capsules of Lepicol.
