It is also important for skin and healthy nerves as well as playing a vital role in protein and fat metabolism. It is also essential for haemoglobin synthesis.

Each vegetable capsule provides:Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 100mg. Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose. Vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
Dosage: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
