It also participates in the utilisation of energv in brain and nervous tissues and is essential for the regulation of the central nervous system. B6 is often used to help balance female hormones. It is also important for skin and healthy nerves as well as playing a vital role in protein and fat metabolism. It is also essential for haemoglobin synthesis.
Ingredients:
Each tablet provides:Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine HCl) 50mg. Tableted with these natural ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, cellulose gum.
Dosage: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
