Each OmegaFlex capsule contains:
250 mg glucosamine hydrochloride (vegetarian origin)
105 mg ultra-pure EPA (omega-3) from marine fish oil
50 mg organic virgin evening primrose oil (omega-6)
25 mg CLA (omega-6)
25 mg extra-virgin olive oil (omega-9)
1 mg vitamin E (anti-oxidant)
The outer capsule shell contains fish gelatine.
Dosage: Adults should routinely take between 2 and 4 OmegaFlex capsules daily, not exceeding 6 in any 24-hour period
Children between 12 and 16 years should take 1 OmegaFlex capsule daily, not exceeding 2 in any 24-hour period
OmegaFlex should preferably be taken with food. It may take up to 3 months for the full beneficial effects to become apparent. Results may be quicker with a healthy and balanced diet
