Description:
PharmaNord Bio Sport contains the various antioxidant related substances that counter the damaging effects of exercise-indused free radical production. In additon, the omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids present in this supplement are precursors of beneficial eicosanoids, which have a modulating effect on inflammation.
Ingredients:
Each tablet in Bio-Sport contains 750microgm vitamin A, 1.6mg Vitamin B6, 90mg Vitamin C, 15mg Vitamin E, 100microgm selenium and 15mg zinc. Each capsule comprises 670mg GLA, 260mg DHA and 372mg EPA.
Dosage: The recommended intake by Pharma Nord requires taking eight capsules and one tablet daily, for one month. If a programme of preventative maintenance is required, the recommended intake is four capsules and one tablet per day.
