Norwegian Cod Liver Oil Softgels (One-a-day) from Solgar
Description:
Fish oils such as cod liver oils have long been associated with easing arthritis pain and for 'oiling the joints.' Now research by scientists at Cardiff University has revealed that the Omega-3 fatty acids in cod liver oil do in fact stop or reverse the effects of enzymes that damage the cartilage in osteoarthritic joints.
Ingredients:
Norwegian Cod Liver Oil 406mg, Fish Liver Oil Concentrate 0.4mg. Each softgel capsule typically provides: Vitamin A (1250iu) 375ug, Vitamin D (135iu) 3.4 ug, Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) (12%) 49mg, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) (8%) 32mg. Softgel capsule shell: gelatin, glycerin.
Dosage:
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) softgel capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
