Vital DHA is an essential fatty acid containing DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid), EPA (Eicosopentaenoic acid) and GLA (Gamma Linolenic acid). Essential fatty acids are very important for female fertility, helping hormone balance and egg production, and for male fertility too.
Zita West strongly recommends that all couples should consider DHA supplementation during their preparation for conception and that women should continue with this through pregnancy and in the months following birth.
Ingredients:
Two capsules a day provide
Fish oil, from tuna 444 mg (contains 50% DHA) Tuna oil, from tuna 356 mg (25% DHA, 7% EPA, 1.8% AA)
Evening Primrose Oil 5 mg (contains 9% GLA) Vitamin E 5 mg
Dosage: One vegi-capsule to be taken twice a day after food.
