Gently massage the base of the ear for 5-10 seconds. Tilt the head to drain the solution and wipe with a clean towel or tissue. Repeat the process for the other ear. For safety and ease of use, use Audiclean to treat wax plugs whilst lying down with your head on a pillow. Spray for 1 second to instil the solution in the ear.
