BIOmega 3 kids by Pharma Nord is derived from oily fish sourced from the clean waters of the northern Atlantic and south-east Pacific. Oily fish is unquestionably nature's richest source of essential omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty acids have been shown to have a wealth of benefits for children as well as adults. In particular, omega 3 may help to maintain: healthy brain development and function, the ability to concentrate for longer periods of time and adequate omega-3 levels in children who do not like fish.
BIOmega 3 kids has a pleasant lemon flavour.
Ingredients:
Each BIOmega 3 kids capsule contains 1000mg of fish oil in its natural tryglyceride form. After the fish oil has been tested and purified, it is poured back into its natural "wrapping" - gelatine made from fresh fish. This stable and natural fish oil has a high content of omega 3 fatty acids.
Dosage: Age 1 - 16 years, 1-2 capsules a day. In case of difficulty swallowing the capsule can be pierced and the content can be mixed in juice or yoghurt.
