Ingredients:
Each capsule contains 1000mg of Fish Oil. EPA Content 180mg (18%), DHA content 120mg (12%). Other ingredients: Capsule shell: fish gelatin, humectant:glycerol, purified water flavouring: lemon.
Dosage: Adults 1-4 capsules per day. Children from age of 4: 1-2 capsules per day. Content can be emptied out and taken by spoon.
