Description:
Good nutrition is important in children, particularly in periods ol rapid growth or when Ihe child expends a lot of energy on spoils and other activities. However, achieving a balanced diet for children is not always easy. Official figures show that 50% of UK children have daily intakes of vitamin A which fall below the recommended amount. Over a third of 4 year olds fail to achieve adequate vitamin C from the diet and a staggering 39% of those aged 4 years and over do not obtain enough zinc.

Dosage:
Children 4 – 10 years: Chew 1 tablet daily with a meal. Children 11 years and over: chew 2 tablets daily with a meal. |
