No special diet is required; however, it is recommended that you reduce your intake of carbonated drinks, coffee, tea, salt, sugary and fatty food and alcohol and increase the intake of fresh fruit and vegetables and still mineral water.
Ingredients:
Juice of apple/grapes/agave (81%), water, birch, tamarind pulp, concentrated plant extracts (3.2%): green tea (1%), birch, meadowsweet, artichoke, dandelion, fennel, burdock, wild pansy.
Dosage: Dilute 15ml of Pure Plan in 1 litre of still mineral water. Drink over the course of the whole day. Complete the 10 days course without interruption. It is recommended that the course is repeated at intervals
