Natures Aid Probiotic Complex provides 'friendly' bacteria which may help to maintain a healthy balance in the gut, espescially after taking antibiotics and when travelling abroad. It also contains FOS which feeds the friendly bacteria in this product. Micro encapsulated for stability, refrigeration optional.
Ingredients:
Each capsule provides 2 billion live organisms of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum. Also provides 100mg Fructo Oligo-sacharrides (FOS)
Dosage: Take 1 or 2 capsules per day with food.
