Wassen Magnesium-OK is a one a day tablet combining six vitamins and seven minerals, with emphasis on magnesium, vitamin B6 and zinc, specifically designed to minimise the ups and downs associated with the monthly cycle.
Ingredients:
Each tablet provides Vitamin D (100 i.u.) 2.5mcg, Vitamin E 10mg, Vitamin C 30mg, Thiamin (vitamin B1) 5mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 5mg, Vitamin B6 4mg, Magnesium 155mg, Zinc 8mg, Pottasium 8mg, Manganese 2mg, Copper 1mg, Selenium 25mcg, Chromium 25mcg
Dosage:
One tablet a day to be swallowed with liquid after food. A regular intake is recommended.
