Mumomega Pregnancy provides pharmaceutical-grade hi-DHA marine fish oil and organic Evening Primrose Oil in an exceptionally pure formulation that can be taken before, during and after pregnancy. You need one capsule a day to meet the fatty acid requirements for pregnant and lactating mothers, as recommended by research.
Dosage: Each 750mg capsule will deliver 300mg of DHA – the minimum benchmark daily amount recommended by the International Society for the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids. But an expecting mother can take up to 1 gram (3 capsules) a day easily, if she wants to make sure that she has an optimal level for her and her baby.
