Connect is a combination of 'intelligent' nutrients that support healthy methylation including the amino acid tri-methylglycine (TMG), B6, B12 and folic acid. These, together with 5HTP, Zinc and Chromium helps to keep the brain and body's chemistry in optimal balance.
