Calcidophilus provides a genuine biologically active form of milk free organic calcium and L-Acidophilus probiotic in an easy to digest and ultra absorbant food form and can be taken with meals due to its stomach acid stable nature. During the growing process of the Lactobacillus acidophilus, calcium carbonate is fed to the friendly bacteria which incorporates the calcium into its own structure. When the Lactobacillus acidophilus has digested sufficient calcium it is freeze dried and encapsulated, then vacuum packed into glass bottles. Generally, ordinary calcium carbonate is poorly absorbed. When ingested, the calcium-rich Lactobacillus acidophilus attaches to the intestinal wall and releases calcium throughout the day.

Each vegcap provides Calcium Carbonate 300mg ( elemental calcium 118mg ), Calcium Ascorbate 120mg ( providing 96mg Vitamin C ), and Lactobacillus acidolphus 1.7mg (providing approx. 210 million cells). Non active ingredients: Cellulose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate. Capsule: Cellulose, Water.
Dosage: Three capsules taken daily with food or as professionally directed.
