Berocca is a daily supplement containing Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, Calcium and Magnesium.These are the nutrients that are vital for healthy nerve function as well as immune and muscle response.
Ingredients:
One tablet provides Vitamin C 1000mg, Thiamin 15mg, Riboflavin 15mg, Niacin 50mg, Vitamin B6 10mg, Vitamin B12 10ug, Biotin 0.15mg, Pantothenic Acid 22mg, Calcium 100mg, Magnesium 100mg .
Dosage:
Dissolve up to 2 tablets per day in a glass of water to obtain a delicious tropical flavour effervescent drink.Berocca is best taken first thing in the morning and can be used every day throughout the year.
