Dosage: Mix with approx. 25/30ml of water,fruit juice or vegetable juice or add to protein drinks and smoothies. Dissolves instantly. Adults 15 + Half to one teaspoon per day. Children 4-14 Quarter to Half teaspoon per day.
Children 0-4 One eighth to Quarter teaspoon per day.
