Dosage: Take 2-3 tablets with a full glass of water or other drink a few minutes before breakfast, lunch and your evening meal, or before you feel the need for a snack.
It is recommend one starts with 2 tablets before meals in the first week and increase to 3 tablets from the second week onwards. Maximum 9 tablets daily.
