Valerina Day-Time is a licensed herbal remedy combining standardized extracts of valerian root and melissa (lemon balm), two natural herbs known for their calming and relaxing effects. Valerian and melissa have both been used since Roman times. Today they are helpful in relieving the symptoms of stress brought on by the demands of modern life.
Ingredients:
Active ingredients per tablet: Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis radix) Equivalent to 400mg Lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis herba) Equivalent to 330mg
Dosage:
Two Valerina Day-Time tablets should be taken 3 times a day.
