Colon-Kleen ( Psyllium Whole Husks ) DISCONTINUED from Natures Concept
Description:
Natures Concept Colon Kleen is a 100% pure dietary fibre supplement containing whole psyllium husks.
Ingredients:
One heaped teaspoon ( 5 g ) contains Dietary Fibre 4 g ( as 100 % Psyllium Husks Whole ) ( Plantago Ovato ), Soluble Fibre 3 g.
Dosage:
Adults: Add one heaped teaspoon ( 5 grams ) of Psyllium whole husks in 10 to 12 ounces of juice, water or milk , one to three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Children ( 6-12 years of age ) take half the adult dosage. Mix well by stirring, blending or shaking and drink immediately.
