Dosage:
Take one or two servings of Gainers Fuel 1000 daily in addition to regular meals. One or two servings per day of Gainers Fuel 1000 combined with resistive exercise or weight training promotes lean anabolic weight gain. Simply add four scoops (included inside each container) to 16 ounces of whole milk. Stir and serve. If you want to avoid milk, you can add four scoops to 12 ounces of water. Stir and serve. Gainers Fuel 1000 added to water is lower in fat and calories. |
