Ingredients:
Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate, Calcium Caseinate, Lactose, Collagen, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Oxide, Talc, Whey Protein concentrate, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Arabic Gum.
Dosage: Take 5 tablets twice daily, one intake to be taken immediately after exercise. Two tablets to be taken twice daily after food, a further two tablets to be consumed within 45 minutes of the completion of exercise.
