BioCare IntraFresh (formerly YeastGuard) is a Lactobacillus acidophilus and garlic pessary which is designed to help reduce levels of yeasts and harmful bacteria in the vagina and increase levels of beneficial bacteria. Bacterial and yeast imbalances in the vagina are the common cause of thrush in women.
Ingredients:
Each pessary typically provides: Polyethylene glycol, Lactobacillus acidophilus ( approx. 100 million viable cells ), Allium sativum extract, Essential oil of Rose absolute.
Dosage: Using the applicator, insert one pessary approximately eight centimetres into the vagina and release. Remove the applicator. Use one pessary daily, ideally overnight, or as professionally directed. After use, the applicator should be washed with soap and warm water, rinced and dried thoroughly before re-use.
