30 drops provide: Vitamin E 150iu 100mg, Vitamin C 30mg, Niacin (vitamin B3) 18mg, Vitamin B6 13mg, Thiamine (vitamin B1) 3.6mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 1.6mg, Folic Acid 800ug, Vitamin A 1250iu 750ug, Vitamin B12 10ug, Vitamin D2 12.5iu. Ingredients Purified Water, Preservatives (glycerol & potassium), modified tapioca starch, Vitamin E, Sunflower Oil, Vitamin C, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B6, Thamine, Riboflavin, Vitamin A, Folic Acid, Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl, methylcellulose, antioxidant, vitamin B12, D-Alpha Tocopherol, Vitamin D2 (as Ergocalciferol) |
Dosage:
Fifteen drops taken twice a day in water, juice or milk with food or taken directly under the tongue or as professionally directed. |
