Description:
Ginseng's properties were so highly valued that ancient Chinese emperors created monopolies and wager war to control the ginseng harvest. Used as a general tonic throughout Asia, Ginseng is used to increase vitality, energy levels and physical performance. Seelect's Ginseng blend also includes Gotu Kola, one of the most important Indian Ayurvedic rejuvenating tonic herbs. Plus Cinnamon, which Chinese healers believed made one look and feel younger.

Dosage:
Pour one cup of boiling water over one tea bag. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. To make a pot full use one bag for each cup of water and one extra for the pot. The longer the bag steeps the stronger the flavor. Lemon or Honey may be added to give the tea that extra twist of taste
