I have combination skin and after using this, it has left it not too oily nor too dry. My skin really feels clean and congested areas have now cleared up with consistent use. It doesn't foam much but I'm ok with that. It has a lovely fragrance! It's so handy as a moisturiser too, especially if you've run out of other products; I prefer to use a different night cream. An excellent product. Chocolate flavour rice protein tastes delicious, is easy for the body to digest and is gluten, dairy and yeast free. This product has given me my life back. I suffered for over a year with extremely heavy periods which were getting worse each month, althought there was no pain. A great product. The only thing I've found which works, providing you also avoid added sugar and yeast whilst on the course. This is a nice SPF cream for daytime use as it's not at all greasy. However, personally, I would say it needs a separate moisturiser underneath, unless you have particularly oily skin. This is a fantastic product. I give it to my 14 month old daughter, 1/3 sachet daily. She suffers from chronic constipation, wind, and has trouble digesting some foods including wheat. Once we started her on this, we were able to reduce her constipation medication by 50%. I've got no worries about giving her this as it is only 100% papaya, so I would think it would be suitable for even the smallest baby. Have only been taking Glucosamine along with a tablet called Celadrin for about 6 months now and I find it has eased the pain in my knees quite a bit. Can only imagine that it is the tablets that are helping as I had severe stabbing pains in my left knee for 4 years and the pain has now subsided to a very dull ache every now and then, which is far more bearable. A good remedy to use when feeling the immediate affect of a distressing situation and helps to calm me down. Also very useful when suffering anxiety about a forthcoming event. Several years ago I was going into hospital for a procedure and feeling really uptight about having to do so. For several days before hand I put the recommended doseage in a small bottle of spring water and sipped 2-3 of these bottles during the course of a day. It really calmed me down, put me into an accepting frame of mind as to the necessity of the procedure and helped me approach the experience with calmness and an inner certainty that I was doing the right thing. Really useful if you are going through an exceptionally stressful time. It promotes a good night's sleep naturally when taken just before bed time - I particularly enjoy it in a milky bed time drink. Can also take a few drops when feeling stressed during the day - but you need to experiment with the dose, since if you take too many drops you will just end up feeling sleepy, which is not very convenient if you have to work! It is worth experimenting carefully with the dose anyway, starting low, since everybody's constitution is unique. I find if I am moderately stressed 20 drops before bed is sufficient; if very stressed I have taken up to 40 drops, but it is possible that for some people this might just be too much. I really did start to feel a difference after the first 2/3 days of taking this twice daily. I found that I wasn`t getting as drawn into others people`s `stuff` and was not getting as drained from certain people`s negative energy as I sometimes do. I have always found arnica to be very beneficial for muscle pain and bruising. I was due for a hip replacement so I applied the gel for a week before the operation and also took it into hospital with me. I have severe degeneration of my lumbar spine and have just had a hip replacement. What I like about Vegepa is the fact that you can adjust the dosage to suit the individual (within a certain limit). I have found these capsules have enabled me to have an occassional meal including small amounts of gluten or dairy in, to which I am intolerant.
