Can Aphrodisiacs add something extra to you Love Life
Love is in the air; Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and is definitely a day for romance.
Throughout history, stimulants known as aphrodisiacs were used to regain vigour in waning love affairs. Aphrodisiacs are named after Aphrodite, Greek goddess of love, beauty, and fertility. |

Detox for Superhealth
January is always a good time to get into shape and lose
a few of those excess pounds you might have gained over the holiday period.
Over indulging over the festive period causes toxins to build up in your
body which can lead to you feeling under the weather, run down and more susceptible
to colds and flu.
Toxic overload is a grim reality in today’s polluted world. Pollution,
stress, food and environmental factors can leave your liver, kidneys, lungs,
colon and other important systems of elimination exhausted from the battle
to restore and maintain balance and harmony within the body. |

Sleep
Sleep is something we do throughout our entire lives and during an average life span; a person spends the equivalent of 27 years asleep!
Sleep is such a natural tendency that most of us don't give it much thought. When we do think about sleep, it's usually because we haven't gotten enough of it or because we feel the need to do it for longer than what would be considered 'normal'.
Making simple changes to your lifestyle and bedtime routine could help. |

Vitamin D deficiency on the increase
Getting enough vitamin D was not considered a problem until fairly recently
but now experts say that we are in the middle of an unrecognised pandemic
of vitamin D deficiency.
Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin that has properties of both a vitamin
and a hormone. Vitamin D is popularly known as the sunshine vitamin because
our bodies manufacture a form of it in our skin after exposure to sunlight.
We also get it from food such as oily fish, egg yolks, some fortified breakfast
cereals and margarine.

The NHS has confirmed that the virus first identified in Mexico continues to spread with thousands of cases identified in the UK so far. There are also real fears of the death toll rising, especially in winter.
