Placing an order
All orders can be placed online once you have registered. Please note you will need an email address to register and order on discountvitaminsandherbs.com.
Can I change my order?
If your order has not been processed then it may be possible
to cancel or amend the order as requested. However if the
order has been processed and despatched, then you may wish
to return the items for a refund. A £5 administration
charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Please note that we can only:
Change delivery details
Cancel items from your order
Cancel your entire order.
We are unable to add items to your order and you will need
to create a new order for any additional items required.
To change or cancel your order please email customer services
with your Order Number and include details of the amendment(s)
required. Customer Services will then reply to your e-mail
to either confirm that the amendment has been processed,
or to advise if it has not been possible to amend the order.
Can you confirm you’ve received my return?
Unfortunately we cannot confirm when we have received your return. We do recommend that you send your return by a secure postage method, such as recorded delivery. This way you will be able to trace your delivery through the Royal Mail.
You haven’t replied to my query
It is our policy to endeavour to respond to all customer enquiries within one working day. Sometimes our responses are rejected by your email provider or the email we have sent you could be delayed by general internet traffic.

When Will I be Charged?
When you reach the final billing page and press ‘Proceed’ we
will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation
to take payment from your account.
If the payment is authorised, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming your order, and payment will be taken from your account shortly afterwards.
If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an e-mail advising you of the reason why.
Technical Problems
My email address/password is not recognised
- Maybe you registered with another email address? It is often the case that people forget which email address they used to register with us. You must use the exact email address and password combination with which you first registered in order to log back in to the site.
- Maybe you have forgotten your password? If so you can log in with your email address and then request a new password.
I am having trouble during registration.
If the pop-up window appears to freeze it is likely
that your Internet Browser is not fully up to date and we
suggest running Microsoft’s Windows Update to install
the latest updates.
I'm having trouble with my basket
The most common resolution for this problem is to delete the cookies on your PC and try again. To do this please click on the 'Tools' tab at the top of your Internet Browser, then select 'Internet Options'. On the first screen that pops up, select 'Delete Cookies' then click 'OK'. You should then not experience any further basket problems.
Please note that the privacy setting on Internet Explorer should be set to ‘medium’
How do I do this?
1. In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu, and then click the Security tab.
2. Click the Web content zone you want, and then click Custom Level.
3. Set custom settings to medium and click OK to exit.
I am told that my card has expired, even though the expiry date is in the future
This problem occurs when the date set on your own PC is wrong. Please check the date is correct (double click on the time at the bottom right of your screen) and then try placing your order again.
I am having trouble at checkout

Which courier company do you use?
We use Royal Mail and City Link.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
We are unable to deliver to P O Box addresses.
Can you leave the delivery at an agreed hiding place?
All orders require a signature, so we are unable to leave your order in a safe place.
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for
the goods.

The product I ordered is now reduced. Can you refund me the difference?
Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of a reduced product or reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order.
Can you tell me where else I can buy this product?
Please be advised that Customer Services cannot tell you where else our products can be purchased.
