policy forms part of our terms and conditions.
Postage and Packing within the UK is free of charge for orders over £20.
UK orders below this value are subject to a postage and packing fee of £2.
Parcels are despatched to you by Royal Mail.
Please note that a signature will be required for all items
sent. We are not responsible for errors made by Royal Mail.
We are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly
addressed due to customer error.
Items sent via Royal Mail are sent second class. This means
that you order will normally reach you within three working
days after despatch.
Items sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels will normally reach
you within 3 – 5 working days after despatch.
Orders over 2kg or over £100 will be sent via DHL courier.
Deliveries will be made within 1 – 3 working days after
despatch. We reserve the right to send any order via courier
Deliveries to a residential address will be made anytime between
7am and 9pm and a signature will be required on receipt. Three
delivery attempts will be made on three consecutive days and
a card will be left on each attempt. You can contact the courier
to arrange a delivery time. It is the customers responsibility
to arrange for the delivery to be accepted or rearrange a delivery
time with the courier.
Deliveries to a business address will be made anytime during
standard office hours. One delivery attempt will be made.
A charge will be made to resend any orders which are returned

For orders outside the EU we reserve the
right to contact you by email regarding additional postage
charges if the order is of an excessive weight. Postage charges
to the EU can not be refunded.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Non receipt of Order
All customers are required to email firstname.lastname@example.org after
2 working days of the order being despatched with the order
number so we can advise further.
In the event that the order has still not been delivered within
15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays)
of your despatch email a claim will be submitted to Royal Mail.
Email confirmation of non receipt is required. Once the claim
has been investigated and settled by Royal Mail we will then
either resend or refund the order.
After you have placed your order online,
you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order
number and we will immediately contact your bank issuer for
authorisation to take payment from your account. We aim to
process and despatch all orders within 2-5 working days. (Please
Note: Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working
days). Orders placed after 11am will not be processed until
the following working day. You will receive an e-mail once
the order has been despatched. If you have not received your
goods within 2 working days after your order has been despatched
please contact us via e-mail with your order number: email@example.com Please
note that it can take up to 15 working days for your goods
to arrive and we may ask you to contact your local sorting
office. We do not resend or refund orders before this delivery
If you would like us to send the order via
1st class post, 1st class recorded delivery or special delivery
please call us and we will check whether this is possible and
also provide you with the delivery costs.
Items not in stock
We are dependant on our suppliers for delivery and if
we do not receive delivery from our suppliers we will contact
you via email to inform you of any delays.
Please email customer services with your name and order number if you wish to return an item for authorisation and return instructions.
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all orders but sometimes goods can be damaged in transit. Goods damaged in transit or incorrect goods should be notified to us within 10 days of receipt of the goods and returned to us for a replacement or a refund. We will either refund or exchange the item and also refund to you reasonable postage costs incurred for returning the item to us. We recommend using a secure method such as recorded delivery so that you will be able to trace your delivery through the Royal Mail. It is the customer’s responsibility to check each item upon receipt. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns after this time period.
If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased from us for any reason provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving them, we will accept the return provided the goods are received unopened and unused and will refund your card upon receipt. Customers are liable to pay delivery charges to return the goods to us. We do recommend that you send your return by a secure postage method, such as recorded delivery. This way you will be able to trace your delivery through the Royal Mail.
If an item is returned to us due to a failed attempted delivery and not collected from the post office, customers will be required to pay for any redelivery costs via telephone. We will advise customers if and when this occurs. However should you require a refund a deduction will be made for the costs of shipping and packing for the initial order.
We reserve the right to increase any charges if necessary.
