Description
Black Cohosh has been approved by Germany's Commission E for treatment of premenstrual discomfort, painful menstruation, and menopausal symptoms whilst research suggests that the herb may be effective for menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, profuse sweating, sleep disruption, and depressive moods.
Ingredients
One tablet provides Black Cohosh root extract 200mg (equivalent to dried root 500mg) standardised to provide 5mg triterpere glycosides. Ingredients: Di-Calcium Phosphate, Black Cohosh Root Extract, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Anticaking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, vegetable source Magnesium Stearate).
Contraindications
Please note: Not for use during pregnancy and lactation, unless directed by a healthcare practitioner. Black Cohosh may rarely cause liver problems.
Directions
One to two tablets daily with food.
